Teen Found with Gunshot wound to the head!

The body of 13 year-old Roshane Smith was found on Eve Lane near Heroes Circle in downtown Kingston, both hands were bound and the body had a single gunshot wound to the head. Police investigators are now on the sceen. Stay tuned to MELLO FM for more details.
